Human Sundial
Become a human sundial by stepping on the month of the year and raising your arms in a point. Your shadow points to the time of day!

Dedicated Classrooms
A classroom for long-term patients can help them keep up with schoolwork during their inpatient stay. Full-time classroom instruction is provided by Austin Independent School District teachers.

Pet Therapy Program
The gentle accepting friendship and wagging tail of a special visitor often provides our patients with a much-needed smile and a rest from the busy schedule of the hospital. Pet Therapy dogs like Floyd offer comfort in the form of cold noses, gentle paws and wagging tails.

Dell Children's Vegetable Garden
We are home to the Texas Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Childhood Obesity, focused on reversing obesity trends in children and reducing long-term illnesses caused by obesity. Part of the multi-disciplinary program includes growing fresh produce in the Dell Children's vegetable garden to learn healthy eating habits.

Business Center
The Business Center is a place for patient families to stay connected. Each workstation has a computer, internet access and printers.
