Au Bon Pain is conveniently located in the lobby, providing visitors with a wide selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and bakery items.
Adolescent Playroom
Our dedicated space for adolescents includes a pool table, music, arcade games, a computer, board games and a 42-inch plasma screen TV, offering the entertainment and escape teens need to unwind and catch-up with friends.
Clinic Room
We offer a variety of general and specialty pediatric services, all housed in the same location for an improved patient experience. By using visual displays and incorporating interesting artwork, we strive to make the clinic space as patient-friendly as possible.
Ronald McDonald Family Room®
The Ronald McDonald Family Room serves as a relaxing haven for families whose children and newborns are receiving treatment at the hospital. Located within the neonatal intensive care unit, the space provides a home-like atmosphere that allows families to rest and rejuvenate.
Approximately 2,265 square feet, the Family Room includes eight sleep rooms with private bathrooms, a hospitality lounge, coffee station, dining tables, television area, laundry facilities and multiple sitting areas.
Closed Circuit Broadcast
For children who are unable to join the games hosted in the playroom, we broadcast activities to patient rooms live, over our Closed Circuit TV Channel, so everyone is able to participate.
Expressive Therapies
Patients can express themselves and their fears in a safe, supportive environment through a variety of therapeutic programs, including art, music, pet therapy, story time, magicians, cooking and science. Our music and art therapists provide group and individual bedside sessions.
Remoc
This is Remoc, our friendly green monster who greets all Comer Children's visitors and keeps watch over the lobby.
